A 33 year old man was declared dead at the scene of a collision in which a Volkswagen Golf overturned and crashed into a row of shops. The driver of the Golf was seriously injured and placed in intensive care, while two male occupants of a Volkswagen Passat were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving.
