Bus driver cleared of causing the death of Robert Don

The trial of Andrew Blyth concluded today with the jury taking an hour to return a not guilty verdict in respect of the charge of causing death by careless driving.

Robert Don was cycling on the A9 near Perth on 30 December 2014 when he was struck by a bus driven by Andrew Blyth. Don had been unable to use the adjacent separated cycleway because it was flooded.
